By accessing or using kkaloo.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Aykon Group OÜ ("we", "us", "kkaloo").
Important: kkaloo is an educational entertainment platform. All content — including compatibility reports, quizzes, insights, and relationship scores — is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Our content does not constitute professional relationship counselling, psychological advice, or therapy. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results. Do not rely on kkaloo content to make significant life decisions. For relationship difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using kkaloo, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately at support@kkaloo.app of any unauthorised use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Access to kkaloo requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly) as selected during sign-up. All prices are in USD. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on the applicable recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. To cancel, visit kkaloo.app/manage or email support@kkaloo.app.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, quizzes, algorithms, and software — is owned by Aykon Group OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
By submitting content through the Service (e.g. profile answers, feedback), you grant kkaloo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content in connection with providing the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KKALOO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KKALOO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aykon Group OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. EU consumers may also have rights under the law of their country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. For online dispute resolution, EU consumers may use the EU ODR platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
