kkaloo is an educational entertainment subscription service providing digital relationship content and personalised couple insights. Because our content is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, refunds are not automatic — but we believe strongly in customer satisfaction and offer a generous 30-day guarantee.

Please include your account email and, if available, the order or transaction ID. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund. We will notify you by email once processed.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within 30 days of a charge and wish a refund, please contact support explicitly requesting one. Access to the Service continues until the end of the billing period whether or not a refund is issued.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), provided you have not already begun using the service. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply. This does not affect our 30-day voluntary guarantee.
