kkaloo offers the following subscription plans (all prices in USD):

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. You authorise us to charge the applicable fee on the renewal date. Renewals continue until you cancel.
You will receive an email notification before each renewal. If your payment method fails, we will attempt to charge it again. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
The $0.99 trial provides full platform access for 7 days. At the end of the 7-day period, your subscription automatically converts to the Weekly plan ($9.99/week) unless you cancel before the trial ends. The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable once the trial period has expired.
During promotional or marketing campaigns, kkaloo may offer a free trial period (at no charge) in conjunction with the Weekly ($9.99/week), Monthly ($19.99/month), or Yearly ($39.99/year) plans. Where a free trial is offered, your chosen paid plan will commence automatically at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel before it ends. The applicable plan rate will be charged on the first day following the free trial. Promotional free trials are offered at kkaloo's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
Your billing date is set on the day you first subscribe. For monthly and yearly subscribers, billing occurs on the same date each month or year. If a billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), billing occurs on the last day of that month.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date. To update payment details, contact support@kkaloo.app.
Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. EU consumers may be charged VAT at the rate applicable in their country of residence. Tax amounts will be shown at checkout.
To change your subscription plan, contact support@kkaloo.app. Plan changes typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrading from a longer plan to a shorter one may result in a partial credit at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via kkaloo.app/manage or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period unless covered by the 30-day guarantee.
See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Refunds on subsequent billing cycles are at our discretion.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@kkaloo.app within 60 days of the charge. We will review your case promptly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in account suspension during the dispute period.
We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
